No — we bring professional equipment and products as standard. If you'd prefer we use products you already have at home, just let us know when booking.
For regular domestic cleans, 2–3 days is usually enough. End of tenancy, Airbnb turnarounds and deep cleans are best booked a few days ahead where possible — but get in touch even for short notice, as we're often able to help.
Yes — we work with hosts and property managers on a recurring basis between guest stays, including linen changes and restocking on request. Get in touch for a tailored rate based on your turnover schedule.
