Who we are

Signature Clean London Ltd ("we", "us", "our") provides domestic, Airbnb, end of tenancy, commercial, carpet & upholstery, and post-party cleaning services across Gravesend, Ebbsfleet, Dartford and the surrounding Kent area.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request through our website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your postcode
• The service you're enquiring about
• Any additional details you choose to provide about the job

We don't ask for, and would ask you not to share, sensitive security information such as door codes or alarm codes through the website form — we'll arrange those securely by phone if needed.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide a quote (our legitimate interest in running the business)
• Arrange and deliver cleaning services if you go on to book with us (performance of a contract)

We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately and explicitly opt in to that.

How your enquiry is handled

Quote requests submitted through our website are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service that securely delivers your enquiry to us by email. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf. You can read their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

How long we keep your data

• Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted after 6 months.
• Records for clients we go on to work with are kept for 6 years after the last service we provide, in line with standard UK accounting and tax record-keeping requirements.

Who has access

Only Signature Clean London Ltd staff who need your information to deliver your service have access to it. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements
• Object to how we use your data

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your personal data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
